Luna Tech LLC (“Luna Tech,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website at luna-tech.co. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect on this marketing site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers the marketing site only. Separate privacy notices apply to our products (Ringmaster, Luna Duo, Moonlight) and to our consulting engagements.

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you contact us at hello@luna-tech.co, apply to the Ringmaster invitational access program, or submit any other form on this site, you choose what to share. Typically that includes your name, email address, and a description of your project or use case.

Information collected automatically. Our infrastructure logs basic request data (IP address, user agent, request time, response code) for operational and security purposes. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless measurement service, to understand aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, country, device type). It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other sites. We do not run advertising trackers.

Cookies. This site does not set tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless by design. If we add any cookie-based or session-recording analytics in the future, we will update this policy and offer a way to opt out before any such cookies are set.

How we use information

• To respond to your messages and applications.
• To evaluate prospective engagements and invitational access applicants.
• To detect and prevent abuse of the site.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Retention

Inquiry and application emails are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and to maintain a record of communications. Server access logs are retained for a limited period, typically 90 days, for security and operational diagnostics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict our processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@luna-tech.co. We will respond within a reasonable time.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of “sales” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Third-party services

This site is served from Amazon Web Services (CloudFront and related services). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive technical information about your browser when it requests a font file. Aggregate, cookieless traffic measurement is provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics. These providers process limited request data on our behalf.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by an in-page notice or, where appropriate, by direct contact.
